The Off-Field Performance Program bridges the gap between training and competition. Operated in partnership with FTX Performance, this program is designed to help athletes move better, get stronger, and perform at a higher level—without unnecessary wear and tear.

Each session is led by performance professionals who understand the demands of soccer and long-term athlete development. Training focuses on:

• Functional strength and explosive power

• Speed, agility, and change-of-direction mechanics

• Mobility, stability, and injury prevention

• Recovery, load management, and performance longevity

Programs are age-appropriate and position-aware, ensuring every athlete receives training that supports their role on the field. Whether developing young players or supporting high-performance athletes, this off-field system builds the physical foundation needed to train harder, recover faster, and compete with confidence.
